About these terms

These terms apply to your use of dawarna.com (“Dawarna”, “we”, “us”), an English-language property guide for Amman, Jordan. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. This version was last updated on 10 October 2026.

What Dawarna is

Dawarna publishes guides, statistics and comparisons about renting and buying property in Amman. We do not currently list properties for sale or rent, we are not an estate agent or broker, and we do not take part in any transaction between a landlord, tenant, seller or buyer.

Information, not advice

Everything on Dawarna is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or immigration advice, and it is not a property valuation. Laws, fees and residency rules in Jordan change, so confirm important points with the Department of Lands and Survey, the Ministry of Interior, Invest Jordan or a Jordanian lawyer before you act.

How our price data works

The rents and prices we show are medians of asking prices that we collect from public property listings on third-party websites, and they are labelled with their source and date. Asking prices are not final sale or lease prices, a median describes a group of listings rather than any one property, and areas with few listings are shown without a figure. We try to be accurate but we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, current or error-free. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will correct it.

Third-party sources and links

We link to and quote official bodies, news sources and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Where we describe a law or a fee, we say where the information comes from.

Your submissions

When you send us a message or register a property, advertising enquiry or notification request through our forms, you confirm the details are yours to give and are accurate. We use them as described in our privacy policy. Registering interest does not create an agreement for us to list or promote anything.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Dawarna to break the law, to send spam or malicious code through our forms, to interfere with the site or its security, to copy the site wholesale, or to use our data to mislead others. Automated collection of our pages beyond ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant access needs our written permission.

Our content

The text, structure, design, statistics and compilation on Dawarna belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the page you used. Listing data, names and logos of third parties remain theirs.

Limits of liability

Dawarna is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including decisions about renting, buying or investing in property. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and availability

We may change the site or these terms at any time, and we will update the date above when we do. We may suspend or remove parts of the site without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
